REDUCER FOR KLIPPAN KIS 2 PLUS

This complete reducer offers maximum safety and comfort for a newborn, and up to 2 years old, for the baby in the Klippan Kiss 2 Plus chair.

It is a reducer with excellent padding, and very complete.

The KLIPPAN KISS2 is the only chair that effectively fits a newborn baby and a 4 year old. Not only does it offer maximum safety in front impact (for being a chair with its back), but it also offers maximum security in side impact thanks to its system of reducers and pads that immobilize and protect the head as the child grows.

(*) The Klippan Kiss 2 Plus chair is not included in this product, only the reducer in gray, black or red colors.

Klippan Kiss 2 Plus reducer instructions

There are two reducers (in pink in the photo): an upper one (under the head and back) and a lower one (under the pelvis and legs) and seven pads (in black in the photo) six small triangles that can be placed in six other side pockets in the reducers (four in the upper and two in the lower), and a larger rectangular one for the central pocket of the lower reducer, (under the baby's pelvis)

Baby's comfort is also guaranteed in any of the stages if we make effective use of each piece and position.

After the publication of THE TEST OF THE FIST we have seen that many users do not know the evolutionary operation of the reducers of our KISS2. Here we explain the position in which the chair should go and the configuration of the pads and the reducers so that your babies travel comfortable and safe throughout the time of use.

The AGE that we mark is ORIENTATIVE. Each baby is a world and growth differs from each other. In order not to be mistaken, the observation of the parents is essential. No one better than you to make the necessary adjustments in your case.

1.- NEWBORN BABY: RECLINING POSITION I

All the small pads tucked into the upper pockets of the upper reducer will be at head height, three on each side (the rectangular pelvic pad will also be attached to the lower reducer). In this way, in addition to immobilizing and protecting the head, the baby will be placed in a semi-lying position that will allow his head to lean back, thus preventing him from leaning forward if he falls asleep.

2.- FROM THE 6 MONTHS: RECLINING POSITIONS I and II

There will be two small pads in each of the upper pockets of the upper reducer, on each side of the head, and one in each of the intermediate pockets, at the height of the arms. The rectangular pad of the lower reducer disappears to give the chair more depth. We will swap recline positions I and II depending on the needs of our little one.

3.- FROM 9 MONTHS. RECLINING POSITIONS I and II

A small pad will go into each of the side pockets of the reducers. We will continue to combine positions I and II according to the baby's needs.

4.- FROM 2 YEARS OR 2 AND A HALF YEARS: RECLINING POSITIONS I, II and III

When the baby's head reaches the height of the head of the chair we will get rid of the reducers and place it in position III when the child wants to be incorporated, using the rest of the positions interchangeably as appropriate so that at all times he travels in a way comfortable.
